I read with interest Don Leypoldt’s article “NCAA tourney: Heaven? No, Iowa for Funk and Richardson.” It gave credit and highlighted the abilities of four local athletes who are participating in the NCAA basketball ball tournaments.
In the case of Mr. Tucker Richardson and Ms. Maddie Burke the writer made mention of each athlete’s high school; however with respect to Mr. Andrew Funk and Ms. Kaitlyn Orihel their high school name was omitted. For Mr. Leypoldt’s information, both Andrew Funk and Kaitlyn Orihel attended Archbishop Wood High School.
