Nancy W. Cadwallader, 82, of Yardley, passed away peacefully on May 12, 2023.
Born in Doylestown, she had been a lifelong Yardley resident. She retired after many years from New Jersey Manufacturers. She always enjoyed family trips to the Jersey Shore, and Ocean City, Md. She was an animal lover and avid reader. She always enjoyed staying in touch with her family. She was a member of the Yardley Methodist Church, and a life member of the Yardley-Makefield Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
Daughter of the late Arthur and Marian (Cressman) Worrell, wife of the late Gene R. Cadwallade, Sr., to whom she was married for 60-plus years.
She is survived by her children Deborah L. Schlosser and her husband Charles of Yardley, Gene R. Cadwallader Jr. of Yardley, and Scott C. Cadwallader and his wife Cheryl of Birdsboro, Pa., her sisters Mary Jane Conti, Doris Harris and her husband James, her brother Richard Worrell and his wife Alice, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services and interment in the Washington Crossing National Cemetery will be held privately for the family. Memorial contributions in her name can be made to the Bucks County SPCA, P.O. Box 277 Lahaska, PA 18931.
