Milford Fall Festival highlights Bed Races

Posted

The Milford Borough Council, in conjunction with the Milford Merchants Association, hosts Fall Festival, from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25.
This year’s event will feature crafters, vendors, pumpkin painting, games for children, children’s story time presented by the River Union Stage, a rubber duckie race sponsored by the Milford PTO, egg toss, water balloon toss, DJ Ken Mandoli providing music during the entire event, henna tattoos and the annual running of the enormously popular Bed Races.
Local restaurants are gearing up for a busy day and the council and association hope you’ll stop and have a bite and a sip.

There is room for additional crafters and vendors but spaces are filling up fast. If you would like to have a bed in the race, or for a crafter/vendor contract and any other information, send an email to Proud2blefty@yahoo.com with “Fall Festival” in the subject line.
The event will be held on Bridge Street in Milford rain or shine. Ample parking is available.
