Michael Paul Stachel died on June 9, 2023 peacefully, surrounded by family. He was 87.
Mike was born in Doylestown to Alois and Caroline Stachel.
He graduated from Central Bucks High School and met the love of his life, Arlene and they were happily married for 62 years.
Mike was a community leader and well known as the co-owner of Mt. Lake Pool and Patio and Doylestown Borough Dam Fishing Project. He had a passion for helping others, a love for flying and traveled the world; making friends, everywhere he went. He loved music, a good martini and was always the first on the dance floor.
Mike is survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as his brother, Joe, and sister, Helen. Mike’s wife, Arlene, and his siblings: Alois, John, Honey, Theresa and Karl preceded him in death.
To honor his request, no formal services will be held.
