Marlene Katz of Buckingham has announced her run as a Democratic candidate for state representative in the 29th District of the Pennsylvania House, which covers Buckingham, Warminster and Warwick townships, and Ivyland Borough.
Katz said. “My background in both the public and private worlds, spanning business, charity work, volunteerism and the ministry make me uniquely qualified to grasp the needs of our residents and translate those needs into both constituent services and practical legislation. I’m a listener, mediator, a negotiator and a problem solver.”
Her priorities will include environmental protection, gun violence, health care, education, the minimum wage and disability rights.
Bucks Voices has endorsed Katz. “She is that rare person who will put her heart and soul into everything she does.”
