Lower Southampton Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of sending inappropriate messages to a 13-year-old girl.
On Nov. 10, Lower Southampton officers received a report of a 13-year-old girl being sent inappropriate messages on Facebook Messenger, police said on CrimeWatch. Investigators obtained copies of the messages, and through investigation identified the suspect as 65-year-old Lawrence W. Kramer, of Bensalem, who messaged the girl, soliciting nude photos and sexual acts, police said.
Kramer initially cooperated with detectives, police said, but has since refused to turn himself in after being notified of the arrest warrant, issued Nov. 29, for corruption of minors and harassment.
