Lost Tavern Brewing brings back St. Luke’s anniversary beer

Posted

For the third year in a row, Lost Tavern Brewing of Hellertown has released 1872, its New England-style hazy IPA, first released in 2022 to help celebrate the 150th anniversary of St. Luke’s Health Network.

The citrus-forward IPA features Citra and Mosaic hops that push the flavors and aromas of bright, fresh-pressed orange juice. The hop notes are complemented by a subtle addition of grapefruit puree, adding a pithy-yet-mild bitterness for a smooth drinking IPA.

The St. Luke’s-themed IPA is available at both Lost Tavern taprooms: 782 Main St., Hellertown, and 444 Main St., Bethlehem.
