Children’s authors Lisa Butowsky and Donna Bostany publish “Mr. Mistake” etiquette book

Posted

Sisters and local children’s book authors Lisa A. Butowsky and Donna Bostany have released “Mr. Mistake, Mind Your Manners in a Restaurant.”
Butowsky’s and Bostany’s book is the second in a series published by Headline Books Inc. The first book is based on the character Miss Mistake, created for their etiquette workshops, “Your Charming Child - Etiquette Instruction.” Miss Mistake doesn’t always know the right things to say or do; some may think she’s rude but she simply is unaware. Mannie, her butterfly friend, helps her do better with rhyming lessons.
In the series’ second book, Mr. Mistake shows kids the wrong way and the right way to eat and act around others with the help of Miss Mistake and Mannie. He does some silly yet obnoxious stuff; his mistakes are common but he wants to learn a better way. The book includes interactive questions/answers for kids in poem form and a fun word find.

The authors plan to offer other faux pas in different scenarios for future stories.
Both books can be purchased locally at Bloom Flower Co. in Perkasie, or The Next Chapter Bookstore in Sellersville. They can also be ordered now from the publisher and Amazon.
