Linda (Moore) Mangan, 79, passed away on April 14, 2024 at the Neshaminy Manor Nursing Home after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of Richard (Duffy) Mangan, her high school sweetheart.
Linda was the devoted daughter of the late Pierce and Marion Moore and caring daughter-in-law of the late James and Ruth Mangan. She was a life-long resident of New Hope, Pa.
Linda was a homebody and for several years served as the family matriarch, hosting many parties for extended family, especially over the holidays. She enjoyed many trips to Lancaster and summers vacationing at the Jersey Shore.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Michele Cevasco (Dave Kenderdine) of Furlong, with whom she was very close. She also leaves behind two nieces, Kristen Brevet of Bordentown, NJ and Kelly Mangan of Ringoes, NJ, a sister-in-law Ruth I’Anson of Nashua, NH, and a sister-in-law Debbie Mangan of Hamilton, NJ. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law William Mangan.
At her request, there will be no calling hours, and a private graveside service will take place at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Neshaminy Manor Nursing Home Activity Department, 1660 S. Easton Road, Warrington, PA 18976.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Neshaminy Manor Nursing Home for the wonderful care and kindness they gave to Linda.
