His bestselling book "Nine Lies About Work" (with co-author Marcus Buckingham) is subtitled "A Freethinking Leader's Guide to the Real World." In his new book, "The Problem With Change," he shows that constant change is not productive to organizations, and in fact causes needless upheaval, uncertainty, and unease.
