Bucks County Playhouse celebrated the Opening Night of “Kinky Boots” Saturday, June 25, with a party hosted by board member Hugh Marshall of Hugh Marshall Landscape Contractors Inc.
Co-directed by Playhouse Artistic Associate Sheryl Kaller (Broadway’s “Mothers and Sons” and the Playhouse’s “Other Desert Cities”) and Hope Boykin (Alvin Ailey Dance Company and Philadanco) and choreographed by Boykin, the Tony-winning musical continues through July 30.
The show features music and lyrics by Grammy and Tony-winning composer Cyndi Lauper, and a book by Tony-winner Harvey Fierstein.
