Posted

Take a tour around the world with Christmas music from other countries during a harp concert with Joanna Mell at the Mennonite Heritage Center, 565 Yoder Road, Harleysville, from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17.

She will intertwine engaging stories alongside familiar and new carols in five languages. No registration is necessary for this family-friendly concert; admittance is by donation.

She is also a professional singer and sings in five languages, blending her voice with the tones of the harp to create a unique concert experience.

Mell is a noted harp instructor as well as the author of 15 books of harp music. As a performer, she has released six albums. In addition to her work as a performer and instructor, she has been a therapeutic harpist for over 30 years.
