Joan Patrice Krausgrill passed away Oct. 21, 2023 in Glendale, Ariz., at the age of 72.
Joan is survived by her two brothers, Terrence of Bakersfield, Calif, and Kevin of Yampa, Colo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Patrice, and her sister Carol.
Joan was born Sept. 20th, 1951 in Sacramento, Calif. She graduated from Loretto High Scholl in 1969 and went on to attend Northern Arizona University and graduated in 1973 with a degree in finance.
During her tenure as fashion purchasing agent for various department stores, Joan was a world traveler, visiting five out of seven continents. Joan spent her days with her two miniature schnauzers, Maggie and Isabella. Joan had a passion for arts and antiquities, as well as stitching, collecting, and teaching how to needlepoint.
Services will be held at Hope Church, 26525 N. 19th Ave., Phoenix, Ariz., on Nov. 9, 2023 at 1 p.m. The family has asked to donate to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
