The Plant a Seed Inspire a Dream Foundation (www.plantaseedfoundation.org), based in Yardley, was started by Bucks County residents Gene and Michele Rice. The foundation helps underserved youth between the ages of 10 and 18 pursue their passions. They recently helped their 800th child, Ricardo Seda, seen here with Gene Rice, who will be exploring hip hop at Motion and Dance.
