Motorists traveling westbound on Interstate 295 will encounter a weeknight lane closure between the Woodbourne Road and Route 213 (Old Lincoln Highway) overpasses in Middletown Township, Wednesday, Sept. 14, through Wednesday, Sept. 28, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning for installation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) equipment, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) said.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
