The Hunterdon Healthcare Auxiliary hosts a Virtual Lights of Love Tree Lighting Ceremony at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1; streaming will begin at 6:50 p.m. at facebook.com/hunterdonhealthcare or blacklabimaging.net/lol/.
Locally raised but known around the world, operatic tenor James Valenti will perform. He is known for his role as Rodolfo in the production of “La bohème,” as well as performances at La Scala, Metropolitan Opera, Royal Opera House, Paris Opera and other global appearances.
Each year, an evergreen tree on the campus of Hunterdon Medical Center is illuminated with thousands of white lights representing gifts received from donors all over the country to honor or memorialize people who have touched their lives in a special way.
