Hundreds of jobs available at Central Bucks area job fair

Posted

Job seekers can spring into action to call first dibs on a variety of careers in multiple industries, including sales, health care, customer service, traffic monitoring and other professions during RecruitmentQueen’s Bucks County Spring Job Fair.

Held at Spring Mill Manor, 171 Jacksonville Road, Ivyland from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 9, RecruitmentQueen’s annual job fair will feature hundreds of career opportunities from local and regional employers.

Local job seekers can meet hiring managers in person and get started on a new career instead of applying online and waiting weeks to hear from recruiters. Applicants will have the opportunity to ask employers specific questions about job openings, benefits available and what type of work environment they could expect.

In all, more than a dozen employers will exhibit at the job fair. The following companies have signed up so far: W.D. Wright Contracting, Prestige Healthcare, Age in Place Home Care, Philadelphia Catholic Cemeteries, Pennswood Village, The Arc Mercer, Doylestown Hospital, Univest, Ahead Home Healthcare Services, Universal Window Direct and New Jersey Department of Corrections.

Job seekers can register the day of the job fair at the registration table, or ahead of time online. RecruitmentQueen founder and CEO Jennifer Schultz recommends they bring several copies of their resume and dress in professional attire.
