Posted

On March 4, Rainbow Room and its founder and director, Marlene Pray, received the Human Rights Campaign Greater Philadelphia’s Community Leadership Award to honor Rainbow Room’s 20 years of support to the LGBTQ+ community.
“I’m so proud to be part of the Rainbow Room and to think of all the lives we have impacted over the years, and how queer youth have impacted our world and community,” Pray said in a statement.”
Rainbow Room is an LGBTQ+ youth education program of Planned Parenthood Keystone.

Pray is expanding the Rainbow Room to add a location in Lower Bucks County.
“Marlene is a tireless advocate for equality, never backing down, and always fighting for the rights of the LGBTQ+ community,” said Melissa Reed, Planned Parenthood Keystone’s president, who added the award “validates the work we’ve been doing to advance equality.”
