Home Instead team wishes founder Rice a happy retirement

Posted

William V. Rice, owner and operator of Home Instead/Plumsteadville retired on Dec. 30. Rice started the company in January 2003. Since its inception, it has served thousands of seniors in Upper and Central Bucks and provided several hundred jobs to Bucks County residents. Home Instead, long known as the premiere senior home care agency in the area, was just voted the Best in the Region by readers of the Bucks County Herald.

Rice resides in Jamison with his wife of more than 60 years. They are the parents of six children and the grandparents of 14.

He will now enjoy more time spent with them. He finds solace and joy on his boat docked on the Cheasepeake Bay. His office staff wishes him years of both and bid a bittersweet farewell with respect and love.
