Holy Family University School of Nursing & Health Sciences to present inaugural symposium

The Holy Family University School of Nursing & Health Sciences will present an inaugural symposium event – Be Informed: A Wise Way to Excel in Your Healthcare Journey on Saturday, April 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Holy Family's Education and Technology Center Auditorium, 9801 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia.

The Be Informed Program is designed to highlight key concepts and philosophies, providing health care professionals a more resilient and fulfilling career. Being patient informed, trauma informed and self-informed are three wise caring practices. During the presentation, these experts will give a high-level overview and share stories of how to excel in mind, body and soul on your health care journey.

Holy Family University graduate Tricia Nichols, patient experience director at Jefferson Health-North, will serve as the keynote speaker.
