New Hope Celebrates held its 17th annual High Heel Drag Race on Oct. 24 with the theme of “Queens and Glamour Ghouls.”
Everyone in the race, male and female participants alike, wore high heels as they each carried a pumpkin up the hill where they decorated it and returned down Mechanic Street in New Hope.
