Grundy Library marks Library Card Sign-Up Month with gift card drawing

September is Library Card Sign-Up Month and the Grundy Library in Bristol is inviting people to apply for a card and be entered to win a $50 Target gift card.

Persons and families interested in obtaining a Grundy Library Card can apply in person during regular library hours or begin the process via an online application.

Individuals 16 years of age or older who apply for a Grundy Library Card in September and pick it up by Saturday, Oct. 7 are automatically entered into a drawing for one $50 Target gift card.

The drawing is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 9, and the winner will be contacted via phone or email. Individuals need not be present to win a prize.
