Trout are deposited into Lake Caroline in Falls Township this week in anticipation of the opening day of trout season Saturday. Lake Caroline is not typically stocked but the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission added it to this year’s schedule because it isn’t stocking the Delaware Canal State Park due to multiple construction projects. Also added this year is The Giving Pond in Tinicum Township. And while Levittown Lake is an established stocking location, it will receive additional trout this season.
