The Faith Christian boys basketball team defeated Bicentennial Athletic League rival Plumstead Christian 41-34 to claim the District One Class A title Saturday at Bensalem High School.
Gerald Pinkney’s 19 points paced the No. 4 Lions, who defeated top seed Phil-Mont in the semifinals to earn a spot in the district title game.
Both Faith (12-12) and No. 3 Plumstead (12-12) have qualified for the PIAA tournament, which is set to begin Tuesday.
