Elizabeth “Anna” Diehl, 92, of Kintnersville, Pa., passed away April 20, 2023 in St. Luke’s Upper Bucks Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

She was born Nov. 30, 1930 in Upper Black Eddy, Pa., and was a daughter of the late Nathan and Anna (Godown) Mills Sr.

Anna was a 1948 graduate of Nockamixon High School. For over 40 years, she and her husband, John, devoted their lives to the operation of the Diehl dairy farm. In addition to the many responsibilities of running the farm, Anna also tended a large flower and vegetable garden, which she used to help take care of her family. She was also dedicated to her church, St. Luke’s United Church of Christ in Ottsville, Pa., where she was in charge of the rummage and candy sales for many years. Anna was an avid 76er’s fan, enjoyed watching tennis and loved all the farm cats.

She will be missed by her daughters, Deborah Fleck (Daniel) and Robin Benner (Todd); grandchildren, Heather Wentz (Stephen), Jennifer Trauger (Matthew), and Crystal and Ryan Benner; great grandchildren, Ethan and Tessa Wentz and Gavin and Griffin Trauger as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, who died in 2017 and her nine siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 11 a.m. in the Robert W. Snyder Funeral Home, 327 Easton Road, Riegelsville, Pa. Interment will follow in the Nockamixon Union Cemetery, Ferndale, Pa. Friends may call at the funeral home, Thursday, from 10 to 11 a.m.
