Another election, another ballot cast by Doylestown Township resident Jean Rutherford.
At 100, Rutherford, whose family has owned and operated Rutherford's Camera Shop in downtown Doylestown for decades, said she votes in every election.
On Tuesday afternoon, she did so once again at her polling place at the Doylestown Senior Center.
