The Lenape Valley Foundation capped off its 10th annual Golf Outing Aug. 19 with a reception dinner featuring former Philadelphia Eagles coach Dick Vermeil.
In addition to Vermeil’s presentation, the event, held at the Doylestown Country Club, featured dinner, awards and a silent auction/raffle. The emcee was Doylestown Mayor Ron Strouse.
Proceeds from this year’s golf outing support the expansion of LVF’s Children’s Services. This includes outfitting the newly renovated children’s services wing in the Doylestown office, which allows the opportunity to serve more children in an environment designed specifically for their needs.
