St. Mary Diabetes Management Center will hold an open house at its new location in Feasterville 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19.
During the event, attendees will learn about the center’s educational, clinical and support services available to help improve the quality of life for those living with diabetes.
St. Mary Medical Center providers will educate the community on continuous glucose monitoring, diabetes risk and prevention, and medication updates, as well as provide foot screenings. The event also will include raffles, giveaways and light refreshments for attendees.
The Diabetes Management Center has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association for meeting the national standards for diabetes self-management education. The center offers its services to residents of Bucks and Montgomery counties who have been referred by a physician for diabetes treatment.
