Bucks County Deputy District Attorney Marc J. Furber will speak about the growing number of fraud-related issues facing Bucks County residents including Home Improvement Fraud.
Criminals have found new and creative ways to take advantage of unsuspecting citizens. With each passing year, law enforcement has had to contend with criminals that have become increasingly sophisticated in their use of technology.
Furber will give examples of crimes that have been perpetrated in Bucks County and suggest ways for members of the public to protect themselves from being victimized.
The church will serve coffee and pastries so Thompson is asking people to RSVP at tmpc.org/events/speaker.
