Dave Rocchi

Posted

Dave Rocchi passed to heaven peacefully on April 5 with his devoted wife, Myra, near him.

He is survived by his loving son Michael (Kelly) Rocchi and daughter, Elizabeth (Jason) DiFrank and his beloved grandchildren, Cameron and Allie Rocchi and Aria and Colton DiFrank. He is also survived by his adoring sisters JoAnn (Steve) Lund and MaryAnn (Ed) Mackel as well as many wonderful nieces and nephews. He was also blessed with the countless friendships he’d made throughout his life.

A man of many trades and endless talent, his favorite past times included cars, planes, woodworking, skiing, building and remodeling homes. Whether on the beach or on the couch watching sports with his cats, Dave could be found enjoying his Canadian beers and whiskey. But above all the joys in life, he cherished his family most. He will be remembered as a man always willing to help, the life of the party without ever wanting to be the center of attention and most simply, a great man. He will be sorely missed by many.

A private service has been held for family. Dave’s funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at St. John the Baptist Church, Ottsville, Pa. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass.
