Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce names Theresa M. Fera new leader

Posted

The Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce has named business executive and entrepreneur Theresa M. Fera of Doylestown the next President and Chief Executive Officer.
The business organization represents more than 1,500 businesses in and around the Bucks County area.
Fera succeeds Dr. Vail Garvin, who is retiring from the Chamber after serving as President and CEO for 23 years.

“Theresa has that unique combination of corporate, entrepreneurial, and hospitality experience that makes her a dynamic leader. I’m excited to support her as she leads the Chamber into the future,” said Michael Araten, co-chairman of the Search Committee.
Fera brings more than two decades of hospitality experience to the role. Most recently, she was General Manager of River House at Odette’s in New Hope. Prior to that, she founded her own food service management company.
“I am truly honored and humbled to be leading this great Chamber into what will be an exciting new chapter for the organization,” Fera said, in part. “I look forward to partnering with our stakeholders and serving the Bucks County community to help bring greater opportunity to our membership and the region at large.”
