The Central Bucks-Central Bucks High School West Hall of Fame (CBWHOF) will induct six athletes, a championship baseball team and a community member at its 20th annual banquet and ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Doylestown Country Club. The banquet begins at 5 p.m.
This year’s inductees are: John Fonash (deceased) – Class of 1962, football, basketball and track; Bill Tesno, Class of 1971, football and track; Paige Malin Donohoe, Class of 1988, field hockey, swimming and lacrosse; Megan Antonucci Trautz, Class of 2000, tennis, winter track, spring track and softball; Dave Camburn, Class of 2001, football and wrestling; Megan McMurdo, Class of 2001, field hockey, basketball and soccer; Bob Gilmore, community person; and the 1970 Bux-Mont championship baseball team.
The CB-CB High School West Hall of Fame was established for the purpose of recognizing graduates from Central Bucks-Central Bucks High School West whose athletic participation resulted in exemplary and record-holding accomplishments. Each year the organization also awards a $1,000 scholarship to an outstanding male and female athlete. The 2019 scholarships were awarded to Nathan Rojas Ocampo and Cassidy Pitts.
