Members of the community converged on the historic village square to celebrate Carversville Day May 13.
Hosted by the Historic Carversville Society, the afternoon celebration featured a cookie contest, a pet parade with awards for best costumes and tricks, live music, a watermelon eating contest, live auction and more.
