Doylestown Township Police were at the site of a traffic accident involving a car carrier that went down an embankment on the Route 611 bypass South at the Lower State Road overpass Wednesday morning. Traffic was delayed for a time, but the car carrier was removed prior to 2 p.m., and all traffic was flowing normally, police said.
