The Burpee Open at Fordhook Farm in Doylestown dates back to the 1800s as an annual tradition to open the farm to the public to explore the grounds and meet Burpee’s master gardeners.
The event is back in action, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 29, for the first time since COVID.
Since the property isn’t always open to the public, this is the perfect time to come see the new and renovated gardens, hear from a list of speakers and enjoy local food trucks. There will be plenty of kid-friendly activities, too. More details on the event will be updated on the brand’s Facebook page.
