Bucks transition team appoints subcommittee chairs


The Marseglia-Harvie Transition Committee for Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia and Commissioner-elect Bob Harvie has appointed five subcommittee chairs.

All of the Bucks County residents are serving as volunteers.

Thomas Lynch is chair of the budget/finance review subcommittee. He serves as chairman of the TE Connectivity board of directors. From 2006 through 2017, he served as chief executive officer of TE Connectivity, a $15 billion global technology leader.

Lower Makefield Township Supervisor John B. Lewis is chair of the Communications and IT review subcommittee. Lewis is the vice president for business solutions for Zeta Global – a data-driven, marketing-technology company focused on software as a service for Fortune 1000 companies. He previously served as First Vice President for J.P. Morgan Chase & Company.

Middletown Township Supervisor Amy Strouse is chair of the Government Efficiency review subcommittee. As a management consultant, she led Avascent’s health and citizen services practice as a principal. After several years of independent consulting, she has now returned to Avascent as director of Talent Development.

Kathleen Welsh Beveridge is chair of the Health and Human Services review subcommittee. She serves as president of the board of directors of the Bucks County Women’s Advocacy Coalition and was previously executive director of the Bucks County Women’s Fund. Beveridge is also president and founder of Spark Nonprofit Consulting.

Steve Wray is chair of the Economic Development review subcommittee. He is vice president, Strategic Initiatives, at Econsult Solutions, Inc. (ESI). Prior to that, Wray served as executive director of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia for more than a decade.

From 2008 to 2017, Wray also served as managing director of the statewide Pennsylvania Economy League, Inc.
