Bucks man convicted in Philadelphia

Wrightstown Township resident Ari Goldstein, 23, a former fraternity president, was found guilty Tuesday, of attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, attempted sexual assault and indecent assault of a fellow student at Temple University in Philadelphia.

Goldstein, the former president of Temple’s Alpha Epsilon Pi chapter, was not convicted by the jury in Philadelphia on charges involving a second female student. The conviction followed a three-day trial and two days of jury deliberations. Goldstein was charged in 2018.
