The Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company will host the first race in the 2024 Bucks County 5K Series.
The Blaze of Glory 5K, set for Saturday, March 23, starts and finishes at the firehouse, 5064 Stump Road, and winds through scenic Plumsteadville. The 5K begins at 9 a.m. and is preceded by a 1st Alarm Fun Run at 8:30 a.m.
All proceeds go directly to the fire company. Covering parts of both Plumstead and Bedminster townships, volunteer members respond to approximately 325 emergency calls annually – ranging from house fires to auto accidents, rescues, brush fires, and more.
