In 2015, when Kim Sager accepted the sales and marketing director position at the Bridges at Warwick, a personal care home in Jamison, it was only a bare parcel of land with a small trailer to work from.
With artist renderings, architectural drawings, color palettes and fabric swatches to reference, Kim got to work on what would soon become her passion, serving seniors.
Over the years Sager has become a rock of certainty and fierce advocate for the residents, families and associates of The Bridges at Warwick. She can be a shoulder to cry on or a giver of sage advice. Sager is the embodiment of Bridge Senior Living’s mission “to positively impact the lives of our residents, their families, and our associates every day. We’re setting the standard for a new style of senior living by creating innovative programs and comprehensive services. We are here to passionately give and serve seniors with love – that’s our purpose. And when purpose meets passion, a new chapter of life begins.”
When the community’s executive director position opened in October of this year, Sager decided she was ready for the challenge. Unbeknownst to her, so did many of the resident’s families, as Bridge Senior Living received numerous calls from families recommending her for the position. With recommendations from the families and support from her coworkers, Bridge Senior Living interviewed Sager and quickly determined the search was over.
On Nov. 22, Sager accepted the offer to serve as the new executive director at The Bridges at Warwick.
