Benchmark Therapies announced the appointment of Edward Luberski as the new CEO. Luberski is a physical therapist with over 20 years of management experience in the skilled nursing and senior living sector. He has managed therapy services and delivery at Life Plan Communities, and skilled nursing facilities across the United States.

Dan Krieger, senior vice president of risk, compliance, and business development for parent company Presbyterian Senior Living, owner of Pine Run Village in Doylestown, said, “We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Ed Luberski as the new CEO of Benchmark Therapies. Ed comes to us with a wealth of experience, a proven track record of success, and a vision that aligns seamlessly with the mission, values and culture that defines Benchmark Therapies.”

Luberski has a Master of Science in Science and Physical Therapy from Arcadia University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Exercise and Sports Science from Ursinus College.

Along with the hiring of Luberski as CEO, Jennifer Mulraney has been appointed chief operating officer. Mulraney has over 20 years of experience in managing rehabilitation programs within the acute and post-acute health care industry.

“Jennifer’s leadership during this time of transition has been exceptional,” said Krieger. “Her commitment to Benchmark Therapies team members and customers ensured seamless continuity of service as PSL searched for a new CEO.”

Mulraney has served Benchmark Therapies in several positions since 2011, including vice president of therapy operations, director of compliance, therapy program manager and most recently as interim CEO. She is a member of The National Association of Rehab Providers and Agencies (NARA) and The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).

Mulraney received her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Saint Francis University. She is a licensed occupational therapist in Pennsylvania and New York.
