Arts and Cultural Council members invited to submit works for fall salon

The Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County has issued a call to artists for its 2022 Fall Salon Member Art Exhibition.

Registration is open online through Aug. 19. Details and a prospectus are available at bucksarts.org/fallsalon.

Works in any medium, on any subject matter, in any style, 2D and 3D will be accepted

Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County hosts its second annual Fall Salon Member Show at Freeman Hall, which opens the weekend of the Doylestown Art Festival. The show runs Sept. 10 to Oct. 2.

The show is an opportunity for artists and collectors, all of whom are invited to see the show and support local artists by making a purchase.

The exhibition and programs are free and open to the public.

A&C member artists may submit two artworks – one framed and one portfolio piece. There is no entry fee. This is a member-benefit exhibit opportunity.

A&C member artists may submit 2D works in any medium, and subject matter, any style; 3D works also will be accepted, with some size constraints. Contact info@bucksarts.org for details.

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Some artists may have pieces displayed on the second floor.

Drop off is 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday Sept. 7, at Freeman Hall, 181 E. Court St., Doylestown.

Artists are invited to work en plein air on the grounds of Freeman Hall for the run of the show. Free parking is available.
