Artis Senior Living of Yardley will host a Memory Café, Tuesday, Nov. 12, a program designed for caregivers to attend along with a family member living with dementia.
It provides an opportunity for them to spend quality time together and participate in an activity in a warm, friendly setting. The program, a collaborative art project, will be facilitated by Artz Philly, an organization dedicated to providing opportunities for self-expression and dignity to individuals living with dementia.
The Memory Café will be held at the Lower Makefield Parks and Recreation Building, located at 1550 Oxford Valley Road in Yardley. Lunch will be served at 1 p.m. and the program, a collaborative art project with Artz Philly, will begin at 2 p.m. Reservations are required. Contact Cheryl Harris at 267-392-5945.
