Flemington DIY, 26 Stangl Road, Flemington, N.J., is hosting an art show doubleheader at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1.
“Take Me Home Tonight!” a group show featuring emerging and established artists, will open while the Hunterdon County Photo Capture will be projected outside.
“Take Me Home Tonight!” is a small works show with three price categories. Join in for some merriment, to support local artists and buy great holiday gifts while raising funds for the 100% volunteer run, nonprofit Flemington DIY.
This year Flemington DIY is adding the Hunterdon County Photo Capture, encouraging photographers to capture moments in the county within a 24 hour period. The photos will then be projected outside by Black Lab Imaging. All registered participants will be entered into a drawing for prizes.
“We are excited to continue nurturing our arts community in an accessible and interactive way here in Flemington. We have over 50 artists participating in the small works show and we are anticipating some really great work at both shows,” said Nicole Maniez, a volunteer at Flemington DIY.
