Archbishop Wood students head out into the world

Posted

Archbishop Wood High School in Warminster bid the Class of 2024 goodbye in a Monday morning graduation ceremony at Arcadia University.

“We only have four short years to serve our students and we have perfected the process to help develop and expand the minds and worlds of our students,” said Principal Cloe O’Grady. “It is our goal to encourage them to dream big and as a result help those dreams become realities. On behalf of the Archbishop Wood administration, I would like to congratulate the Class of 2024 on a job well done.”

According to O’Grady, 95% of the graduating class was accepted into college and earned a total of $48.7 million in awarded scholarship dollars. The rest, she added, were headed into the workforce, trade schools and, for two students, military service in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Marines.
