AAA is inviting its members and customers to join in its annual “Stepping Up for Hunger” campaign by just “stepping” into any AAA retail location to drop off canned goods or make a monetary donation.
Donations will be accepted at the AAA Warrington retail location, 865 Easton Road, Suite 100, Warrington, through Saturday, Sept. 9.
All canned food donations will support Philabundance. Donations of oatmeal, cereal, tuna (or other canned meats in water), peanut butter, canned fruits, canned vegetables, rice, and pasta are highly encouraged.
In addition to member donations, AAA employees have once again set out to walk, jog, or run over 52 million steps through Aug. 27, and when they do, the organization will donate 200,000 meals to local food banks through Feeding America.
