State Rep. Craig Staats of the 145th Legislative District, showed David Dutertre and Layla Cotter around the state Capitol Jan. 12. They were formally introduced by the speaker of the House of Representatives on the floor as Staats’ guests. The 145th district includes the Upper Bucks townships of East Rockhill and Quakertown where both youths reside and are 4-H Ambassadors for Bucks County.
