Wesley Enhanced Living to expand workforce in Bucks

Posted
Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL) is looking to hire caring, dedicated and talented individuals to join the Wesley Enhanced Living Doylestown team focused on enhancing the lives of senior residents in Bucks County.

“At Wesley Enhanced Living, we seek individuals who are interested in pursuing meaningful and impactful careers,” stated Cara Kuhn, director of talent acquisition at Wesley Enhanced Living. “Together, we are able to make a difference in the lives of our senior residents by creating an active, inspirational and supportive environment. We have cultivated a culture where every person is valued and kindness, compassion, and respect are at the core of everything we do. This not only enhances our resident and employee experience, moreover, this strengthens our WEL family.”

For three years in a row, Great Place to Work Institute has honored WEL with certification as a Great Place to Work. Each year, this certification process considered results from more than 1,000 employee surveys from across Wesley Enhanced Living locations.

“Providing a safe and compassionate environment for all residents and employees is of utmost importance to us,” Kuhn explained. “Over the past few months, we’ve implemented new safety protocol to enable enhanced levels of protections for those who reside and work at our communities.”

From transportation to dining to nursing, there is a wide range of career opportunities available in both part-time and full-time positions across all WEL communities.

If interested, visit www.WELCareers.org/Events to register for a Virtual Interview Day to learn more about WEL Doylestown, available positions and benefit packages.

The next event will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. WEL Doylestown also hosts in-person interviews for select home care and nursing positions at the community. For more details, email careers@wel.org.
