Worth & Company offers Penn College scholarship

Worth & Company Inc. has established a scholarship to assist Pennsylvania College of Technology students pursuing careers in the building equipment contractors industry.
First preference for the Worth & Company Excellence Scholarship will be given to a student who is an intern, employee or dependent of an employee of Worth & Company Inc.
Second preference will be given to a student who is enrolled full time in one of the following majors: heating, ventilation and air conditioning design technology; heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology; welding and fabrication engineering technology; welding technology; or construction management; has been a recipient of a scholarship from the fund in prior years; and has a residence in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton or Philadelphia counties.
Third preference will be given to a student who is enrolled full time in one of the following majors: heating, ventilation and air conditioning design technology; heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology; welding and fabrication engineering technology; welding technology; construction management; or building automation engineering technology; is a resident of Carbon, Chester, Columbia, Berks, Bucks, Dauphin, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Montgomery, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland or Schuylkill counties (or the states of Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey); and has been a recipient of a scholarship from the fund in prior years.

Worth & Company, a Corporate Tomorrow Maker at Penn College, is experienced in mechanical construction (HVAC/plumbing), design-build construction, design-assist, industrial construction and maintenance service/repairs.
The company serves Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland, with offices in Bucks County and New Castle, Delaware.
Worth has been a supporter of Penn College since 2016 through the Construction Management Golf Tournament, and the company actively recruits on campus.
