Wesley Enhanced Living welcomes new executive director Lynne Dukert

Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL) Doylestown named Lynne Dukert as its new executive director.
Dukert has over 15 years of experience as an executive director for continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs).
Most recently, Dukert supported Sunrise Senior Living in Pennsylvania and Maryland as a senior executive director. She took on assignments based on open executive director positions and offered additional support where needed.

Throughout her career, Dukert has led organizations to earn National Quality Awards from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living, recognitions for excellence in long-term care based on national standards.
Prior to Dukert’s time at Sunrise Senior Living, she held human resources and operations roles at Brookdale Senior Living and Marriott Senior Living. She earned a bachelor’s degree in health care administration with a certificate in long-term care and obtained her personal care home administrator license.
