There are 2,542,131 confirmed cases and 538,462 who have a positive viral antigen test and are considered probable cases.

The Pennsylvania death registry reported a cumulative total of 46,164 deaths attributed to COVID-19.

The department continues to urge Pennsylvanians to follow CDC guidance for wearing a mask where required by law, rules, and regulations, including health care, local business and workplace guidance. Wearing a mask is an effective way to reduce the risk of catching or spreading COVID-19.
